Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to run the waitlist and a booking: the email you leave on the waitlist, your wallet address, the contact details you enter on a booking, and the resulting on-chain payment record.

What we collect
- Email on the waitlist. The address you leave to join the NAUTI token launch waitlist on this site, stored with the date you left it. It is used only to contact you about the NAUTI token launch and NautiCoin. Joining needs no wallet and no account.
- Wallet address. Read when you connect a wallet in the booking app and used to sign you in and to attribute bookings and refunds.
- Booking contact details. The name and email address you enter when reserving a charter or a crossing, used to confirm and service that booking.
- Booking and payment records. Dates, guest count, fleet, amount, and transaction hashes.
What is public by design
Payments settle on the Polygon network. Transaction amounts, wallet addresses, and timestamps are recorded on a public blockchain, are visible to anyone, and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Your email address and contact details are never written on-chain.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data or share the waitlist with anyone, and we never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Wallet connections are handled by your wallet provider and signing happens on your device.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete the off-chain data we hold about you, including your email on the waitlist, email support@nauticoin.com from that address. On-chain records are immutable and fall outside any deletion request.
