Terms of Service

These terms cover the NAUTI token launch waitlist on this site and how charters and crossings are booked, paid for in NAUTI, cancelled, and rescheduled in the booking app.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist on this site adds your email to a list we contact about the NAUTI token launch. It is not an offer, a sale, a purchase, or a reservation. It gives no right to NAUTI, to a charter or a crossing, and no priority over anyone not on it. You can ask to be removed at any time, as set out in the privacy policy.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when the NAUTI payment for it is confirmed on-chain. Until the payment transaction confirms, the dates or seats are held but not guaranteed. Rates shown on a fleet listing are per charter day and quoted in NAUTI.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a confirmed booking yourself, from your bookings in the booking app, at any time before it starts. No approval is involved: the cancellation is a transaction you sign, and the refund is paid by the booking contract in the same transaction.

A cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund. The current rate is shown on every fleet listing and again before you confirm, and the exact refund is shown to you before you sign. Refunds are returned to the wallet that paid for the booking.

Rescheduling

Dates are moved from your bookings in the booking app, subject to the fleet being available for the new range and the charter running for the same number of days. A reschedule moves the existing booking rather than creating a new payment, and takes effect as soon as it confirms on-chain. A reschedule fee may apply; the current rate is shown before you confirm.

Fleet availability

Fleets withdrawn for maintenance cannot be booked. If a confirmed charter is affected by a boat becoming unavailable, we will offer an equivalent fleet or a full NAUTI refund.
